Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans Talks About heroin addiction In New Book!
Teen Mom 2 Jenelle Evans reveals the brutal truth about her past addiction to heroin in her new tell-all book Read Between The Lines: From the Diary of a Teenage Mom.
In an excerpt from Jenelle's book, which was shared by E! News, Jenelle discussed her use of heroin explaining, “My first trip was amazing. I won’t glamorize the drug by going into the long details of why people love it so damned much.”
Before I knew it, I was shooting up four or five times a day. I was hooked." In the book, Jenelle also explains how the drug caused her to lose friends and family.
“I disowned my mother and siblings and friends,” Jenelle wrote, “But the truth is no one wants to talk to you when they suspect you’re a junkie.”
Jenelle went on the explain the painful loss of having her oldest son taken away by her mom Barbara Evans.
“It hurt my heart, made me sick to my soul that I couldn’t see my son. I filled that hateful void with more drugs.”
“The drugs always made the pain go away. They didn’t turn on me or betray me. I guess heroin was my first steady, dependable lover. It gave me what I needed to live and I gave it my life. By this entry, heroin was the only thing I had in my life that loved me.”
Thankfully for Jenelle, the reality star mom says she was able to get help from her mom Barbara.
"I ended up calling the last person in the world I expected to talk to, or expected would help me. My mother," she wrote. "For all of our problems, I owe her for what she did that day. I called her and told her what kind of trouble I was in, and how I needed help."

Amber Portwood And Matt Baier Will Join Marriage Boot Camp!
According to E! News Amber will appear on the WE tv's upcoming season of Marriage Boot Camp: Reality Stars Family Edition with her fiance Matt Baier and her mom Tonya Portwood.
As fans may know, Amber and Matt have been going through a rough few months with their relationship, so hopefully, by appearing on the new series the couple will be able to confront these demons by "diving into their issues."
Amber reportedly told E! News, "We're working things out.We're working on our issues and that's all that needs to be said."

In a sneak peek for Monday night's episode of Teen Mom OG, a very concerned Maci Bookout seeks advice from a counselor on how to handle her ex Ryan Edwards' alleged substance abuse problem.
When the counselor asks Maci if she has given Ryan an ultimatum by threatening to seek full custody of their son Bentley Maci responds, "Yeah, I’m hoping it doesn’t get to that point but that would be the ultimatum.” Maci then explains to the counselor, "The other aspect is if I’m limiting access to him, I’m also going to have to do that with his parents because they are the sole caregivers of his son when he’s with his dad.”
