According to new reports, while Jenelle may have been defeated in her efforts to gain full custody of her older son Jace against her Barbara, Jenelle's fiance David Eason did come out a winner in his custody case for his daughter, Maryssa, against his ex-wife Whitney Johnson.
Reportedly David and Whitney's custody agreement was met with strict rules regarding the use of drugs and alcohol.
While Johnson's visit with her daughter Maryssa is required to be supervised by her mother, the court order also stated, “Whitney is also required to remain drug- and alcohol-free while visiting with Maryssa, and to submit to hair follicle drug testing.”
“David is also restricted from doing certain things around Maryssa, per the custody arrangement.”
“Neither party will use drugs or excessively consume alcohol while caring for the child.”
