As fans may recall, Jenelle has been battling for years to get back custody of her 7-year-old son Jace from her mom Barbara who has had custody of him since birth. Back in 2009, Barbara was awarded full custody of Jace because at the time Jenelle was clearly not stable to care for him.
After several years of trying to get her life in order and a few setbacks from the courts, Jenelle is finally getting what she wants... a day in court to prove she's fit to have Jace back.
On May 20, Jenelle nervously took to her Twitter to share this news.
